On Tuesday the 5th of July we have organised a Federation trip to Grinton Moor.
This is a very exciting opportunity for the children to try lots of new and different activities, and experience the awe and wonder of their local moorland.
Mrs Atkinson will provide a packed lunch for those on school dinners that day. If your child normally brings a packed lunch but would like one of Mrs Atkinson’s that day, please contact Mrs Randall by Wednesday 29th June.
Please can we ask that all children wear leggings or long trousers with their school tops and suitable footwear for this visit. We would also ask that you check the weather forecast and provide hats/sunscreen/raincoats as necessary.
We think you’ll agree that this will be a fun filled day for all.
Our activities will begin at 9.45am, so we would need to ask parents to drop their children at school by 8.30am please, so that we can set off promptly.
The children will arrive back at school at approximately 4pm, dependent on traffic.
There is no charge for this visit, as Friends are very kindly covering the cost of the coach.
