Ripley Endowed Primary School is closely linked with All Saints' Church, which is a short distance from the school.
The late 14th century church at Ripley is the successor to a much older structure situated about a half mile to the south of the present church. The new church, also dedicated to All Saints', was constructed in about 1390.
The school regularly has Collective Worship and services throughout the Christian calendar in the Church and this is usually led by the Rev. Paul Harford.
The Church is also used as a valuable teaching resource within the wider school curriculum.
Church of England schools are established primarily for the communities they are located in. They are inclusive and serve equally those who are of the Christian faith, those of other faiths and those with no faith.
